Other DLC which will also include content like dungeons and guilds for skills have to be bought separately but are free while you have ESO+ subscription. So what say you regarding the Elder Scrolls Online cost Firor has promised fresh game content and hundreds of hours of game play. Elsweyr includes all previous chapters, and some are also free in the base game already.
